Blurb:
Tainted water for the good of the people. Fluoride and vitamins to sustain the health of the human race. Added ingredients to extend and elevate the quality of life. All good things, right?

Wrong.

Thia Kelly has been changed by the TS901 chemical in the world’s water supply. Now, forced into hiding with the other inflicted outcasts, she struggles to survive as her powers emerge.

Evan Daniels hunted for others like himself, and finding Thia suddenly brought meaning back into his life. Love blossomed between the strange couple while they searched for a way to reverse the effects. Unfortunately, the Government had something else in mind.

Super-soldier creation on a mass scale was their end goal, and thanks to an unfortunate family tie, Evan became Patient #1.

Good-guy? Bad-guy? The world isn’t sure, but Thia is left with only one choice––save the ass of the world’s first Anomaly who just happens to be her boyfriend.

 Review:

I was apart of the ARC group for this release, and what can i say! I just love the fact my two favorite authors came together to co write a book.

Stacey Rourke and Tish Thawer both have awesome writing skills, I really couldn't tell which one wrote which section in the book as they blended so well together.

Going into a world where the water system is disrupted and people hiding powers to survive. The characters, the scenes are all so vivid and you find yourself laughing and loving characters that you want to know more about. Each character has their own sense and purpose in the book, while the scenes are so different from other apocalypses books out there. You dive into a world where the main character is strong willed and slightly stubborn in certain areas but knows she has a passion to be level headed when helping people. The friends are funny and quite stronghold to their powers and reasons stated in the book.

I love how both authors came together to write a book, not only a awesome summer read but blended so well together that gives the readers who know their writing skills a throw to know they meshed for a amazing book. I can't wait to see what's in store for the future of the series and get to know some of the characters better and reasons behind how they act in the book.

This is my new summer read, and is being added to my post apocalypses type books i have read and loved! I seriously can't wait for September to get here and have this book in hand as both of these authors are attending Penned Con and that"s where i will be getting my book signed from them!
